How do I place an order?
Browse the collection and click on the item you wish to order. Since pre-order clothing is made exclusively to your request, be sure to check the size guide before specifying your size (44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 54, or 56). Click on "Add to Cart" and review your cart to ensure your order is correct. Enter your details and proceed to payment.
In which countries do you deliver?
Orders are shipped to the following countries:
- Germany (excluding the island of Heligoland and the territory of Büsingen)
- Austria (excluding the municipalities of Jungholz and Mittelberg)
- Belgium
- Bulgaria
- Cyprus
- Croatia
- Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands)
- Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla)
- Estonia
- Finland (excluding the Åland Islands)
- Metropolitan France including Corsica (excluding Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Réunion, Mayotte, New Caledonia, and the French Southern and Antarctic Lands), and the Principality of Monaco

- Hungary

- Italy (excluding Livigno, Campione d'Italia, and the national waters of Lake Lugano)

When will my order be shipped?
We work on a made-to-order basis, and each piece is manufactured in our French workshop. The approximate manufacturing time is 1 month from the end of the pre-order period, depending on the number of orders and workload. Orders will be shipped once manufacturing is complete, with shipping times of 2 to 4 business days for France and 3 to 10 business days for other destinations within the European Union. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with the tracking number.
Some items may become available again depending on the returns we receive. The delivery time for these items is approximately 5 business days, and you will receive the tracking number by email.
How can I track my package?
When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can then enter this number in the "Track My Package" section on our carrier's website.
My size is no longer available
Our items are in very limited editions, as most fabrics come from the upcycling of Haute Couture houses. Therefore, your item may no longer be available in the same fabric. Contact us by email to be notified if new stock in the same fabric or a similar fabric becomes available at contact@flamboyante.shop.
Our return policy
You can return your order within 14 days from the day after receipt.
Items must be in their original packaging, new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with intact and attached labels. Items in poor condition cannot be refunded. Flamboyante reserves the right to refuse any return or refund that does not meet these conditions.
Returns are free in metropolitan France and at the customer's expense for other countries, including any customs duties or other potential taxes.
For France:
To receive a prepaid return label, send us an email at contact@flamboyante.shop specifying your order number, the email address used for the order, the reason for the return, and the name/first name and postal address of the return location if different from the order address (e.g., if it's a gift).
Keep the return proof with the date and the carrier's signature.
Attach the prepaid return label to your package and go to the post office or postal contact point of your choice, or use your standard mailbox if you have completed the return process on the La Poste website. Keep the return proof. For more information on dropping off your Colissimo, click here.
For other countries:
Buyers outside France must choose their own carrier for returns (or French buyers who wish to choose their own carrier). Return costs are the buyer's responsibility and will not be refunded, including any customs duties or other potential taxes. Proof of return must be kept by the buyer, which means items should be returned by registered mail or any other method that provides a date-stamped receipt. How to exchange an item?
We do not process exchanges. However, you can return your item for a refund and place a new order on our site.
Return deadline
You can return your order within 14 days from the day after receipt.
Refund deadline
We will process your refund as soon as we receive your package. You will receive an email notifying you of this refund. The refund will appear on the account used for the purchase within 14 business days.
