Shipping policy
- When will my order be shipped?
We operate without stock, and each piece is made to order in our French workshop. The approximate manufacturing time is 1 month from the closing date of preorders, depending on the number of orders and workload. Orders will be shipped as soon as manufacturing is complete, with shipping times of 2 to 4 business days for France and 3 to 10 business days for other deliverable destinations within the European Union.
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, along with the tracking number.
Some items may be back in stock depending on returns we receive. These items will be shipped after your package is prepared, and you will receive the tracking number via email.
- What delivery methods do you use?
Orders are shipped with La Poste via COLISSIMO or CHRONOPOST, both of which offer tracked delivery with signature upon receipt.
For COLISSIMO deliveries:
The buyer is delivered to their home by their postal carrier once the notice is signed. In case of the buyer's absence, the package will be delivered the next day. If the buyer is still not present, they will receive a delivery notice from their postal carrier, allowing them to collect the ordered products from the nearest post office within a specified time (generally 15 days maximum from the date written on the notice).
With the tracking number available on the delivery notice, the buyer can reschedule their delivery if that option has been provided. It is also possible to request to collect the package directly from the nearest post office.
For CHRONOPOST deliveries:
With Predict, you can modify your delivery date according to your availability. Predict allows you to reschedule the delivery and have it sent to your home, on another date, to a neighbor, to a safe place, or to a nearby pickup point.
To reschedule and change the delivery date or location:
- Go to the tracking page of your package or ask the chatbot Léonard directly to "Give an instruction".
- The available options will then be proposed to you.
- If rescheduling options are not available on the package tracking page, it is likely that the package is not eligible for this service.
- In the case of absence during delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox.
Note: For deliveries with a secure code, options for delivery to a secure location or to a neighbour cannot be requested.
- Which countries do you deliver to?
Orders are shipped to the following countries:

- How do I track the delivery of my package?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can then enter this number in the “track my package” section on our service provider’s website.
- Track the status of my order
We will begin manufacturing the clothes for your order once the pre-order period is completed.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to track the progress of your package.
- My size is no longer available
Our pieces are in very limited editions, because the vast majority of the fabrics come from upcycling from Haute Couture houses, so your item may no longer be available in the same fabric. Contact us by e-mail to be notified in the case of new stocks in the same or similar fabric at contact@flamboyante.shop
